PhoneNumbers.Store was concepted and designed in 2014 to be a single website for customers to buy, rent and rent/purchase memorable 01 & 02 geographic (landline) telephone numbers.
Over the past 11 years, the site has expanded to include memorable mobile numbers, XL Mobile SIM cards and our XLHV SIP service as well and many other services to give customers the ability to use their numbers with us as well as port them away to alternative telephone providers or taxi dispatch systems.
PhoneNumbers.Store now works with over 60 telephone number range holders across the UK as well as owning a large quantity of memorable numbers for instant connection
In 2004, PhoneNumbers.store began to use WhatsApp as the communication means to replace emails for customer communication for all departments – sales, accounts, tech support and legal and alongside continued telephone support for sales and accounts, very positive feedback has been received from customers and move than 93% of all communication is now via WhatsApp,6% by telephone and 1% by email with our accounts team.
The team at PhoneNumbers.store strive to ensure the smoothest possible journey for customers, whether purchasing a number outright, renting or rent/purchasing a number over 12 or 24 months.
As from 1st January 2026 PhoneNumbers.Store absorbed XL Telecom under the single PhoneNumbers.Store brand and as from January 5th 2026, the XL Telecom website (xltelecom.co.uk) has been integrated in the new phonenumbers.store website.
Phone Numbers Store sells and rents the largest variety of highly memorable UK landline (01 & 02) and non-geographic 03 and 08 telephone numbers for companies, businesses, charities and organisations of all sizes. All numbers are fully portable under the current industry porting processes (subject to numbers having been paid for in full).
