When you purchase a mobile phone number from us, we will provide you with a PAC code and expiry date, so that you can choose the network you wish to use the number on.
The numbers we sell work like any other UK mobile number and are bound by the same rules. We buy the numbers from Vodafone, 3, O2 and EE.
Once purchased, as a customer, you are able to transfer the number to any UK network provider at any time by requesting a PAC code from the mobile operator you are using.
If the number is left on a PAYG plan with any mobile operator, you must keep the SIM active as per OFCOM guidance otherwise the mobile operator has the right to cancel the service, and your number may be lost.
Please Note that the PAC codes generally take between 1 and 7 days to be provided, although in extreme cases, they can take up to 4 weeks (this is due to the time it takes for the mobile networks to process the order).
